Combined heat and power (CHP) or Cogeneration has been designed to make use of a heat engine or power station to generate not only electricity but also useful heat at the same time. Combined cooling, heat and power (CCHP) refers to the simultaneous generation of electricity and useful heating and cooling from a solar heat collector.
